**MIG Welder & Fabricator** **Full-Time | Optional Travel | Competitive Pay + Per Diem | Weekly Pay** We are looking for a skilled **MIG Welder and Fabricator** to join our team. This position focuses on welding aluminum and structural steel, fabricating custom frames for greenhouses, and supporting commercial projects. You'll start in our shop and have the option to travel Monday through Friday across multiple states. **Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG welding on aluminum and structural steel components + Cut, prep, and fabricate metals for shipment + Collaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial projects + Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion + Use hand and power tools (drills, hammers, tape measures) + Read and work from blueprints + Comfortably work on ladders and travel for 3-5 days at a time **Essential Skills:** + Proficiency in MIG welding, especially aluminum + Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately + Experience in a small shop environment **Preferred:** + Experience with structural steel **Why Join Us?** + Paid drive time + Competitive onsite rates + per diem during travel + Home every weekend + Clean, spacious 10,000 sq. ft. shop with dedicated welding area and exhaust system **Work Attire:** Jeans and t-shirt recommended; steel-toed boots preferred but not required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
