Who You Are
We're looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable features, automate workflows, and enhance system functionality using C# , JavaScript , and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
  • Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# .
  • Develop client-side customizations including JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI enhancements.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Integrate Dynamics with internal and external systems via APIs, web services, and Azure services .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and deployment planning.
  • Document system changes, technical specifications, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE .
  • Strong proficiency in C# including plugins, custom workflow activities, and .NET development.
  • Solid experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customization.
  • Experience with Power Automate , workflows, and business process flows.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse , SQL, and relational data modeling.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to have's: 
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Experience with Azure Functions , Logic Apps, Service Bus, or other Azure services.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-400).
  • Experience in agile development environments.
