**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Medical Assembler to join our team. The role involves assembling various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes within a cleanroom environment. This position requires precision, great hand dexterity, and the ability to learn complex processes quickly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools to assemble medical devices all day.
+ Perform assembly tasks under a microscope.
+ Get cross-trained at different stations.
+ Use blades, cutters, and other precision tools.
+ Manipulate small components and parts effectively.
+ Maintain organization and cleanliness within the workspace.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or other manufacturing/assembly roles.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent hand dexterity.
+ Ability to understand measurements with rulers and calipers.
+ Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Willingness to work overtime.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous medical assembly experience is preferred.
+ Experience in other assembly or manufacturing roles with a stable work history.

**Work Environment**
This position is within a Medical Device Company that operates in a full cleanroom environment. The dress code includes hair nets, gowns, booties, and closed-toe shoes. Strict hygiene protocols must be followed, including washing hands before entering the cleanroom. Please note that nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes are not permitted.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
