**Manufacturing Engineer** **Hagerstown, MD** *****This is a FT Direct Hire position***** **$90K-$95K** A leading manufacturer is seeking a **Manufacturing Engineer** to join its growing team in **Hagerstown, MD** . This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to lead engineering initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and product excellence across a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead engineering projects focused on manufacturing, production, and product development. + Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for new designs. + Optimize product designs for manufacturing efficiency and cost savings. + Collaborate with factory and quality teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. + Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process innovation. **Well qualified candidates will bring:** + A Bachelor's degree in Engineering. + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering. + Proficiency in Pro/Engineer and/or Autodesk Inventor. + Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). + Familiarity with iLogic and parametric modeling. + Hands-on mechanical aptitude and leadership experience. **This position comes with:** + A salary of $90K-$95K + **Employer-paid** medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance. + FSA and HRA medical spending accounts. + 401(k) with company match. + Paid vacation and holidays. **Apply today** to learn more about this dynamic opportunity!
