Join the MedWiz of Illinois team as a pharmacy Nurse Consultant/Account Manager, where you will provide outstanding clinical services to our facilities and collaborate with the clinical and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all facility leadership and nursing teams, acting as a liaison between the pharmacy and facility
• Provide expert advice & recommendations to the pharmacy & nursing teams
• Provide survey support to SNF and LTC facilities, which will include med pass observations, audits, educational sessions and providing reports in a timely fashion 
• Provide excellent customer service and account management responsibilities 
• Collaborate with the clinical pharmacy & customer service teams
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge of all federal & state rules & regulations surrounding the SNF & LTC settings, as applicable to this position 
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation and be willing to travel to all buildings serviced by MedWiz Pharmacy as scheduled 
• Participate in policy and procedure review and development, and other activities as needed 
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of clinical leadership and nursing teams 

Requirements:

• Previous long-term care experience, RN or LPN
