Job Details: We Are Urgently Hiring! Full-Time:

• $1500 Sign-On Bonus - 1yr Employment Contract REQUIRED - $3,000 Fully Dispersed at one-year mark.
• $3500 Sign-On Bonus - 1.5yr Employment Contract REQUIRED - If Certified in Medical Massage.

At Novum Massage, we focus on Rehabilitative, Pain, Injury, and Stress Management with a hint of relaxation in a peaceful spa environment. We do not believe in underpaying or overworking our therapists and allow plenty of space to work in your own unique and creative way.

Shift We Are Hiring For: Urgently Hiring Shifts Below: We Are Closed on Sundays:

• Monday, Wed, Fri & Sat AM shift (8:45am to 2:15pm).
• Monday, Friday, Sat PM shift (2:15pm to 7:45pm).

Service and Service Upgrade Compensation:

• W2 commission is based on experience, quality of performance, reliability, and client retention.
• Hourly pay is per service, not per hour.
• Not required to be at the clinic unless you are booked for a service.
• Medical Massage Compensation: $60/hr + Gratuity + $15/day for charting time.

Additional Compensation Opportunities:

• Performance Bonus.
• Sign-On Bonus.
• Sales & Reviews Bonuses.
• Anniversary Bonus ($100 annually, based on years of service).
• Christmas Bonus (based on overall team performance & annual profitability, and business growth).

CE Courses:

• Compensation assistance for CE courses for Part-Time Employees and 100% compensation for CEs for Full-Time.

Uniforms:

• Scrubs Provided by Employer.

Job Qualifications:

• Current Massage Therapist License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must be able to arrive at work 15 minutes prior to your shift.
• Also looking for Cupping, PreNatal, Lymphatic Drainage Certifications and Medical Massage Certification.

Job Expectations:

• Eager to work and adhere to the assigned schedule, arriving 15 minutes before your shift.
• Provide top-notch customer service by going above and beyond to ensure each client has the best experience possible.
• Be a team player! Help everyone on the team, even if it's not your job/responsibility.
• Be flexible, and help cover the team and private Novum Massage events that promote everyone.
• Be willing and can build and maintain a clientele.
• Be willing to grow as a Therapist through CE opportunities (paid medical massage certificate, etc).
• Ability to understand and maneuver CRM software.
• Ability to take payment and schedule clients (assist with the front desk duties).
• Ability to promote Novum Massage as a practice for overall success.
• Ability to promote sales and promotions offered to our clients.
