Registered Nurse

Unit : NICU IV

Location : Seattle, WA

Salary : $85,000 to $156,000 USD.

• Relocation assistance is possible for the ideal candidate.

Schedule : Full-Time (36 Hour Weeks), Night Shift (12 Hour Shifts).

Seniority : Minimum of one year of experience in a NICU.

Job Description :

• In this role, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, and you will develop and coordinate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• This position requires monitoring and recording patient conditions, maintaining essential competencies, and promoting a culture of patient safety and quality.
• You will also facilitate learning for patients and families, as well as for other members of the healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least one full year of experience in a Level IV NICU

Required :

• Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire : National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.

A minimum of one year of post-graduation, full-time RN experience in a NICU environment; clinical rotations and residency programs do not count toward this requirement.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Sign On Bonus : $10,000 for eligible rehires and external hires that meet the qualifications and conditions for payment.
