Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for a Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have practical software engineering experience with AI/ML systems or data-driven applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new languages. You should possess strong knowledge of data platforms, machine learning frameworks, and generative AI tools. Experience in deploying and optimizing ML models in production, as well as a solid understanding of the entire software and AI/ML development lifecycle, is crucial. Familiarity with deploying and scaling containerized distributed systems using tools like Kubernetes is advantageous. Additionally, depth in utilizing LLMs, along with a background in traditional NLP tools, will be beneficial. Knowledge of SOA, Modular Monolith Architecture, and distributed systems for AI training and inference is expected. Familiarity with static analysis, code scanning, and ML-specific monitoring tools is also a plus. You should have a grasp of responsible AI practices, including OWASP Top 10 and OWASP ML Top 10 standards. Lastly, strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities in cross-functional settings are required.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, I will depend on you to develop, maintain, and enhance our AI/ML codebases, services, and APIs, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to create impactful AI solutions. Your duties will include implementing and supporting AI/ML pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You will automate batch inference workflows and integrate AI features into both internal tools and customer-facing products. Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code will be essential to help our team build AI-integrated solutions confidently. You will also be responsible for defining architectural changes that can be executed incrementally while minimizing risk, as well as evolving model governance, monitoring, drift detection, and re-training workflows. Advocacy for security and ethical AI practices will be a part of your role, in compliance with relevant standards.
