Role Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeper / Facility Custodian who takes pride in cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for maintaining all public and back-of-house areas — ensuring floors, courts, restrooms, seating areas, party rooms, and common spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize all public areas, including glowball courts, seating areas, restrooms, hallways, party rooms, and locker areas.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces as assigned.

  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste and recycling are properly disposed of throughout the day.

  • Maintain cleanliness of staff areas and back-of-house storage spaces.

Safety & Guest Experience

  • Monitor and report facility hazards, spills, or maintenance issues to management immediately.

  • Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, paper products, towels) at all times.

  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to guidelines.

  • Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from supervisors or operations staff.

Event & Turnover Support

  • Support turnover between scheduled sessions, events, and parties by quickly preparing spaces for the next group.

  • Ensure tables, chairs, fixtures, and surfaces are wiped down and organized for events.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and management to uphold facility standards and guest satisfaction goals.

  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and facility refresh initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior experience in custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning work preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.

  • Ability to work independently and follow direction.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean environment.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout a shift.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic public spaces.

  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities — including quick turnovers between events.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift moderate weight (e.g., trash bags, cleaning supplies).

  • May involve standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.

  • Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and event times.

Why Join Us?

  • A fun, energetic work environment with opportunities for growth.

  • Supportive team and training provided.

  • Competitive pay and flexible scheduling.
