Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infor Lead Developer to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7 and other related projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with both functional experts and offshore teams to develop scalable and flexible solutions, ensure effective communication, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solid, scalable, and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7 and other related projects.
• Collaborate with functional experts to understand requirements and architect solutions.
• Perform development tasks or delegate to offshore teams, providing immediate solutions as necessary.
• Coordinate activities between clients and offshore teams to ensure there are no gaps in the process.
• Work with offshore leads to ensure timely delivery, forecast capacity, and mitigate risks.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are met.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development, enhancements, and conversions.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with clients on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, and collaborating with offshore teams.
• Experience with at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, or Info SCS Planner.
• Any technical certification in Infor ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale ERP migration projects.
• Knowledge of other Infor products is a plus.

Certifications

• Technical certifications in Infor ERP are preferred.
