We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients throughout the Sherman, TX region. This role offers the autonomy of independent clinical practice combined with meaningful one-on-one patient care in the home or alternate-site setting.
As part of a collaborative infusion specialty team, you’ll deliver advanced therapies, monitor patient safety, and provide education that empowers patients to manage their treatment with confidence. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in flexible, mobile, and patient-centered environments.
Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications safely and accurately in home-based or alternate-site settings.
Assess, plan, and document nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and prescriber orders.
Manage and troubleshoot peripheral access, PICC lines, ports, and infusion pumps.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment expectations, line care, and medication administration.
Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and care managers to support seamless continuity of care.
Monitor for adverse reactions and escalate concerns appropriately.
Complete accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
Participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as required.
Active Texas RN license (Compact License accepted)
Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care experience
Proficiency in venipuncture, IV therapy, PICC and port management
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
2+ years of home infusion or home health experience
CRNI® or comparable infusion specialty certification
$40.00 – $45.00/hour (experience-based)
Mileage reimbursement for patient travel
