We are a leading PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing company in Ontario, CA, and we're looking for a dedicated and reliable Masking & Demasking Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift . As a key part of our production process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and accuracy in our operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and leadership within our masking department, where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack boxes and organize items by customer to ensure proper handling.
Clean parts by following detailed work instructions and ensure all components are free from defects.
Read, understand, and follow precise work instructions to maintain quality standards.
Label totes, bins, and other containers with appropriate customer and product information.
Log relevant machine and process data in accordance with company standards.
Follow the coating schedule and work closely with the masking department to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain proper use of tools and equipment, including microscopes and small hand tools.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals.
Requirements:
Attention to Detail : Ability to focus on precision, especially in time-sensitive tasks.
Eye-Hand Coordination : Must be comfortable using small tools and microscopes for intricate work.
Good Attendance : Must have a strong track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Positive Attitude : A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Willingness to Work Weekends & OT : Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
Time Management : Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Qualities : We are looking for individuals with potential for leadership and growth within the department.
Experience with Masking/Demasking : While not required, experience in PCB manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
