Job Description

Position Summary: The Franchise Business Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchisees by providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and best practices. This role involves working closely with franchise owners to help them implement the company's proven business model, optimize their operations, and achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business coaching and franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Partner Support:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to franchise owners, providing operational, financial, and strategic guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees to foster collaboration and long-term success.
  • Act as a liaison between the franchisees and the corporate team, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise and providing timely resolutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular business reviews, site visits, and performance audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide franchisees in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Offer solutions for operational challenges and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the rollout of new programs, initiatives, and system-wide changes.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Regularly review and analyze franchisees' financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute joint business plans that align with both the franchisee's goals and the company's strategic objectives. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure success.
  • Provide guidance on cost control, revenue growth, and maximizing profitability.

Training & Development

  • Coach franchise owners and their management teams on best practices in operations, marketing, customer service, and staff development.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for franchisees and their staff on various topics, including curriculum implementation, customer service, and business management.

Brand Growth & Market Development

  • Collaborate with franchisees to implement local marketing strategies that align with brand standards.
  • Support the evaluation of new market opportunities and the successful opening of new locations .
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to help franchisees make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management, preferably within the early childhood education sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, marketing, and operations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
    • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Willingness to travel as required to support franchisees in various locations.

Benefits

Salary range is $70,000-90,000 and depends on qualifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
