Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you'll play a key role in advising clients on estate and probate matters, crafting personalized plans, and ensuring legal protections are in place for families and their legacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
Advise clients on estate strategies and probate procedures
Stay current with relevant state and federal laws
Customize estate plans to meet each client's needs and goals
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of the Arizona Bar
2-4 years experience in estate planning and probate law
Some tax experience is a plus but not required
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
