Pay Range: $133,924.00 - $189,167.00 per year

Position Summary:

The Director, Integration & Organizational Effectiveness, will drive enterprise-wide effectiveness through strategic integration, digital advancement, and forward-looking organizational design,

This role will lead initiatives focused on HR technology strategy, advanced analytics, AI adoption, workforce planning, and building the capabilities for future organizational agility within RWJBH,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Advancement: Lead the development and execution of a five-year HR digital strategy, preparing for next-generation systems and exploring AI/automation solutions for HR
  • Job Architecture Leadership: Own and formally launch the foundational job architecture project, establishing a clear vision, milestones, and comprehensive project plan, collaborating closely with Total Rewards
  • Advanced Analytics & AI Implementation: Drive the development and implementation of advanced talent-related analytics, and identify and implement AI-driven solutions for areas like knowledge management and MSP optimization
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Future of Work: Establish and lead a 'Workforce of the Future Research Lab' to explore emerging trends
  • Develop and deploy a consistent methodology for organizational design, intervention, and work redesign across RWJBH
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead the systematic approach to anticipating future talent needs and developing strategies to prepare the organization for those needs
  • Integrative Initiatives Framework: Design and implement a framework and playbook for leading complex integrative initiatives across the health system, focusing on cross-functional efficiencies and scalability
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three analysts, guiding their contributions to digital readiness, organizational design, and strategic integration efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, HR technology, strategic workforce planning, or management consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design methodologies, strategic workforce planning, and advanced HR analytics
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital transformation strategies
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects such as job architecture or system implementations
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with IT and business leaders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
