Title: Director, Development
Location: Washington, DC / Remote
Reports To: Vice President, Business Development and Fundraising
Classification: Full-time, exempt
The Development Director leads growth of unrestricted funds to advance the organization’s mission to end AIDS in children and to ensure that every child has a full and healthy life. This dynamic position provides critical leadership and strategic direction-setting for the EGPAF Development team and its efforts to raise funding through annual campaigns, major gifts, funding partnerships, digital engagement, events, etc. As Director of Development, you will lead cultivation and stewardship strategies, create partnerships, and ensure quality donor communications to raise unrestricted funds and awareness of EGPAF’s work.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,378 (minimum) to $144,238 (midpoint) annually in the Washington, DC Metro area. For US-based remote staff, EGPAF uses geographical ranges that are based on the candidate’s location and the associated cost of labor. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as
