Job Title: Tutu School Ballet Teacher

Location: Highlands Ranch, Cherry Creek, Castle Rock, Parker

Job Summary:

Tutu School, a quaint boutique dance studio, is seeking enthusiastic and loving ballet teachers to join our team. We provide a creative and nurturing dance education experience for children ages 6 months to 8 years old. Our focus is on fostering imagination, developing age-appropriate motor skills, and introducing students to the fundamentals of ballet, classical music, and enchanting ballet stories. Tutu School is expanding and looking grow it's teams.

*Willing to commute to multiple locations is a plus.*

Responsibilities:

• Teach ballet classes to students ages 6mo-8yrs
• Create a warm and welcoming learning environment
• Implement lesson plans that align with Tutu School's curriculum
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
• Participate in studio events and performances
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Familiarize families with promotions, policies, and lead discussions about their child's trajectory
• Check messaging platforms regularly

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with children
• Background in dance, including ballet
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a love of working with littles
