Job Title: Cook - Sports Bar

Compensation: $16 - $22/hr.

Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A cook with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.

Expectations

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec finger foods, burgers, wings, nachos, and more.
• Maintain speed and quality during peak hours (think halftime rush!).
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth service.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Curate new menu-items.
• Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have an eye for proper food presentation.

Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen (sports bar or casual dining preferred).
• Familiarity with fryers, grills, ovens, and prep tools.
• Active Food Handlers Certification.
