Job Description

Position: Concierge

Shifts, Time, and Days: Part-time, 4pm - 8pm
Pay Range: $18.00 - 20.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, exceptional customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally, clearly, and efficiently.
  • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to each call.
  • Manage the business center, including the organization of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, team members, and visitors.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere through teamwork and supportive interactions.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience in hospitality or senior living.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening (including TB test).
  • For the health and safety of residents and staff, Oakmont may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE usage per regulatory guidelines.
