Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will drive exponential growth, significantly expand our user base, and cement our position as a dominant force within the real estate lead generation market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll leverage your expertise in growth marketing, data analytics, AI implementation, and leadership to transform our marketplace into an industry benchmark.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and continually refine comprehensive marketing strategies focused on aggressive user acquisition, retention, and marketplace liquidity.
Lead, inspire, and expand a high-performing marketing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and innovative marketing solutions.
Utilize advanced data analytics, AI-driven tools, and cohort-based marketing strategies to optimize conversions, enhance user engagement, and drive substantial revenue growth.
Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content strategy, affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, and referral initiatives.
Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships and affiliate programs to enhance our competitive positioning and fuel marketplace growth.
Collaborate closely with product and sales leadership to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overarching business objectives and product development initiatives.
Build and maintain robust analytics frameworks to track, report, and optimize marketing performance, continuously improving customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and overall marketplace performance.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience as a marketing executive, ideally as a CMO or senior marketing leader, in high-growth marketplaces or successful SaaS platforms, preferably within Real Estate, PropTech, or related sectors.
Demonstrable success in executing aggressive growth marketing strategies, significantly scaling user bases, and driving measurable increases in revenue and market share.
Expert-level proficiency with modern digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI technologies to inform decision-making and maximize performance.
Strong experience in developing and managing high-impact affiliate, referral, and strategic partnership programs.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of building, mentoring, and managing elite marketing teams that consistently exceed goals.
Highly analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills and a relentless drive for results.
