Job Description

Position Overview:

Attain Behavioral Health is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) . As an LPC/LSW, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Toledo Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience. ($55,000.00 - $76,500.00 per year)
  • Health insurance coverage with 50% contribution towards COBRA or marketplace insurance plans.
  • 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and 5 days of sick leave.(For full time employees)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
  • Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)or(LSW) Licensed social worker.
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
