JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Surgical Technologist(CST)

Job Description - Familiarity with orthopedic surgical procedures and instruments, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and spinal surgeries.
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical protocols.
- Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures.
- Proficiency with orthopedic tools, implants, and surgical navigation systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and position patients and handle heavy surgical equipment.
Working Conditions: - Fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment.
- Frequent standing, lifting, and moving of equipment and patients.
- Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, sharp instruments, and orthopedic hardware.
- Possible rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
