Job Title: Surgical Technologist(CST)

Job Description

Familiarity with orthopedic surgical procedures and instruments, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and spinal surgeries.
Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical protocols.
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures.
Proficiency with orthopedic tools, implants, and surgical navigation systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and position patients and handle heavy surgical equipment.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment.
Frequent standing, lifting, and moving of equipment and patients.
Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, sharp instruments, and orthopedic hardware.
Possible rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
