Job Description

• Familiarity with orthopedic surgical procedures and instruments, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and spinal surgeries.
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical protocols.
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures.
• Proficiency with orthopedic tools, implants, and surgical navigation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and position patients and handle heavy surgical equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment.
• Frequent standing, lifting, and moving of equipment and patients.
• Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, sharp instruments, and orthopedic hardware.
• Possible rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
