Job Description

Center Director Of Preschool & Daycare (IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR THE BEST FIT) Join us to make a positive impact in our children’s future. We welcome you to join us! As our strong center Director you must have the following experience:

  • Must have Director credentials & Be current on Childcare compliance and regulation and a Minimum of Four years of experience as a successful Co-Director Or Assistant Director in licensed childcare facility.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum planning, and parent communication. Making sure that the school is following and going above the Texas Childcare Minimum Standards. Maintain files of staff and students according to licensing standards. Manage and build positive relationship with Staff and Parents.
  • Must be Hands-On and stay current on Billing using SMARTCARE System or equivalent Billing system. Make sure all Tuition / Fee are on time such as PrivatePay, CCMS, ISD, Other Programs, etc.
  • Must be Hands-on experience with TRS Evaluation, Food Program, Licensing visit, Current on all necessary documentation to stay compliant and to maintain zero defects.
  • Must be hands-on Marketing, Tours, Events, Open house, Camps , Neighbor hood marketing, Saturday Open House, Be on top of Social media for marketing to grow the center enrollment.
  • Must be hands on and experienced in managing the center lean and scale as needed. Must manage lean with quality. Must step in center staff roll when necessary. Leader must lead by example and be a team player and to bring positive energy to the center.
  • Demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of children, staff and parents when performing assigned responsibilities
  • Build and manage Daily/Monthly/Yearly schedule/events and plan/prepare ahead of time. Manage/Track Staff Time. Stay on top of our programs Children Enrollment and
  • Bring your business, sales, marketing experience to showcase our center wonderful offering leading to the growth of new families and children in to our center.
  • Efficiently Manage our daycare financial and stay under budget. Mange/Track Budget Vs Actual and Plan forecast. Track and Stay on top of expense. Responsible for payroll, budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for our preschool.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and/or in writing. Skilled in conflict resolution and communication. Maintains effective communication with families to keep them apprised of center events, and conduct parent meetings as needed.
  • As a leader of our reputed daycare/preschool you should lead by example and be a mentor to our staff. High focus on enrollment including following up with leads, giving tours, promoting the school, and registering families to maintain a positive flow of enrollments each week. We can discuss additional qualification during our meet.
  • As the leader of the building you must be able to meet the needs of the school which requires a flexible schedule to accommodate day-to-day operations, emergent situations, as well as afterhours & weekend family and community events. The expectation is to be on-site Monday – Friday, arriving on time.
