WHAT YOU’LL DO You will help to ensure that they have an exceptional experience and outcome during their job search as members of our career coaching program.
DUTIES • Provide email support; working closely with clients and with internal teams to efficiently resolve any issues that may come up.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems and work to understand and correct problems or discover educational opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with your colleagues and with clients, communicating in a timely, professional and respectful manner.
• Coordinate with team member schedules to meet customer deadlines and service expectations.
• Special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • You have at least one year of experience in customer service
• Practical knowledge of the healthcare or career coaching industry a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED • Good written communication skills and can relay information clearly, concisely and thoughtfully.
• You are an entrusted problem-solver, a skilled prioritizer and take ownership in the work that you do.
• You are dependable
• You enjoy helping people
• Must be able to follow through and own projects and problems
• Must have excellent attention to detail skills
• Must be able to multi-task and have a sense of urgency to get tasks completed
ABILITIES REQUIRED • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
• You are able to work 24+ hours per week (flexible hours)
