Job Description

• Manage the order fulfillment process including purchase order entry purchase order administration and expediting incoming product
• Responsible for the creation and setup of new vendor master data ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor purchase order delivery dates to ensure alignment with supply chain schedules and customer requirements
• Identify and evaluate suppliers negotiate contracts and build  and maintain strong relationships 
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking and manage reorder points
• Analyze market trends to make cost-effective purchasing decisions and manage budgets
• Execute the purchase order tracking process and ensures purchase orders are processed in accordance with the organizations customer satisfaction and performance standards
• Proactively communicate changes in material needs lead times or inventory levels to support agile decision-making across the supply chain
• Track changes in business needs and adjust order quantities to support business increases or decreases
• Facilitate process improvement streamlining of costs to increase the quality of procurement logistics and materials management

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or commensurate years of experience in a Buyer / Purchaser role
• Several years of experience as Buyer / Purchaser and / or Inventory Planning within a manufacturing related environment
• Experience in vendor management
• Efficient in using MS Office products
• SAP ERP experience preferred but not required
• Fluent English skills
