This role will work side-by-side with the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) as a trusted thought partner, connecting people, ideas, and data to accelerate critical business decisions. Through documenting and refining processes, optimizing technology tools, executing major company events, and evaluating the viability of strategic initiatives, your work will extend the influence of GCON’s leadership both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with our values, culture, and growth objectives.
