Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Smart Sheets, Agiloft & Lucid Chart

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support operations across Smart Sheets, Lucid Chart, and Agiloft platforms . The role is primarily focused on support activities, including resolving L1/L2 tickets, maintaining system documentation, and collaborating with business users to ensure smooth platform usage.

Responsibilities:

• Over all 2 4 years of experience.
• Provide L1/L2 support for Smart Sheets, Lucid Chart, and Agiloft platforms.
• Troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update process flows, diagrams, and templates using Lucid Chart.
• Support configuration and workflow updates in Agiloft as per business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to understand recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Document resolutions, FAQs, and SOPs for support processes.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Smart Sheets, Lucid Chart, and Agiloft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage support queues and prioritize tickets effectively.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to life sciences or regulated environments is a plus.

Work Site : Redwood City, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date : Immediate - 2 weeks
