Job Title :Business Analyst (JIRA, Balsamiq, MS Visio, Data Modeling & Prototyping)

Location : Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, and MS Visio.
• Proven experience collaborating and coordinating with technical teams to document business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee project deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Hands-on experience in designing data models and developing application prototypes.

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and specifications to support client-facing forms and notices containing data combinations, snippets, and variable text.
• Ensure system designs support rapid development and deployment processes, including PTM, Committal Only, and In-Center workflows, as well as testing and release of ad-hoc notices and communications.
• Identify process flows, dependencies, and integration points to ensure the solution supports multilingual (12-language) client notices in compliance with LL30 requirements.
• Conduct requirement reviews with stakeholders and secure necessary approvals.
• Prepare management reports and facilitate effective information dissemination.
• Analyze and document existing systems, workflows, and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to ensure application delivery aligns with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
