Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project management activities across various projects, ensuring that all operations align with organizational standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control for all survey documents, including plans, plots, and construction layouts.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate surveying activities, managing both staff and technical resources.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Engage in business development efforts to foster client relations and expand service offerings.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring accountability and profitability.
  • Prepare and review billing reports for timely invoicing.
  • Support staff development and training initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics and uphold the organization’s values and culture.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and leadership roles.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using various business and technical software applications.
  • Results-driven and committed to achieving excellence.
