Job Description

This position performs advanced administrative duties which include, but are not limited to, new hire onboarding ticket submissions, manual letter creation, printing and mailing to customers, providers, and facilities, printing system-generated letter requests, data entry, and miscellaneous projects. We are a support team for Behavioral Operations.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Manages tasks that are assigned to the NOA Requests Outlook mailbox and NOA TruCare queue.
  • Processes daily system-letter printing and prepares manual letters for the mailroom.
  • Sorts incoming Behavioral Operations mail and packages.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Participates in various meetings to keep abreast of changes affecting the administrative staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Administrative skill level gained from at least three years’ experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possesses the ability to learn new applications efficiently to process work tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities; detail-oriented.
  • Requires ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and apply judgment in interactions with internal staff and external staff.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 25 - 38 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
