Job Title: Account Manager – Intelligent Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand Laiye’s footprint within the APAC region.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Partner and Channel Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and channel networks. Collaborate with partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, maximize sales opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to customers through a robust partner ecosystem.
- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and business objectives, and tailor automation solutions that address those needs. Provide product demonstrations and work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by closing new deals, growing existing accounts, and leveraging partner networks for scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align go-to-market strategies, ensure product success, and optimize partner engagements.
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to inform business strategies and partner development efforts.
