This acquisition encompassed the existing manufacturing footprint along with the embedded design engineering, program management, and commercial resources. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a 2nd  Shift Supervisor to join our team. This position will be located at Ventek Solution's Menomonie, WI plant and report to the Plant Manager.

The Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to a team of production employees responsible for assembling Integrated Materials solutions. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience in manufacturing operations and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support production employees during assigned shifts.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and manage resources to meet customer and business demands..
• Track performance metrics, prepare shift reports, and communicate effectively with management.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; OR equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems a plus.
• Willing/able to work second shift schedule
